MISSION ET ATTRIBUTIONS
Le VIA - attaché sectoriel - sera plus particulièrement chargé du suivi des affaires commerciales et régaliennes pour la province orientale de l’Arabie saoudite en liaison avec l’adjoint du CSE :
- Appui et soutien aux activités des grands groupes français.
- Suivi des grands projets, notamment dans les secteurs pétrolier et pétrochimique.
- Suivi et analyse des politiques publiques dans le domaine de l’énergie, de la pétrochimie et des autres secteurs industriels.
- Liaison avec la Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de la province orientale.
- Suivi et analyse des grands groupes industriels saoudiens de la province orientale et mise à jour de la base de données dont dispose le SE.
- Rencontres régulières avec les hommes d’affaires français de la province orientale.
- Liaison avec le Consul honoraire installé à Al Khobar pour les questions économiques et commerciales.
- Contribution à l’appui à la prospection des entreprises en liaison avec la future Mission économique Ubifrance.
- Rédaction de notes et études.
PROFIL RECHERCHE : Science Po ou Ecole de commerce
COMPETENCES REQUISES :
- Parfaite maîtrise des langues française et anglaise. Capacité de rédaction en français.
- Qualités requises : sociable, capable de s'adapter et d'évoluer dans un nouvel environnement. Travail en équipe et capacité à s’organiser de façon autonome.
- Aptitude aux contacts, tant avec les responsables d'entreprises françaises et locales, qu'avec les administrations locales.
- Possession du permis de conduire B.

Le Service Economique (SE) de Riyad s'agrandit..
Le Service Economique (SE) de Riyad, compétent pour l’ensemble du territoire saoudien, comptera 6 agents à compter de la dévolution des activités commerciales à Ubifrance au 1er septembre 2010, dont un un chef de SE (CSE), un adjoint, 2 VIA et 2 agents support. Chaque VIA a la charge d’un ou plusieurs secteurs : macro-économie et affaires financières pour l’un et suivi des affaires commerciales et régaliennes pour la côte Est de l’Arabie saoudite.

VEOLIA : Spécialiste en management de la qualité

This specialist is required to:
- support the Performance Director in all matters of Quality policy and practice conduct detailed audits
- review existing deliverable plans and quality systems
- implement a best practice quality management and ensure a good level document quality control system using dedicated software.
- He must carry out training followed by occasional visits for audits & ad-hoc training.
The Quality Management Specialist directly reporting to the Performance Director for the Management Contract awarded to Veolia by the National Water Company in Saudi Arabia.
He is responsible for the organisation, animation, compilation, presentation, submission and follow-up of the quality and reporting activities. This includes a high transversal communication skill with all other departments as well as the responsibility of submitting all due reports on time to the client or the Independent Auditor.
He manages a small team of quality managers who collect and process data of the other Departments through a network of quality supervisors to be identified within the RCBU departments in agreement with each Director and head of services.
Tight coordination is also needed with the 2 other managers of the department in the fields of Coordination of the Performance Plan as well as Health & and Safety and Security. His work implies close contact with the client (NWC) and all our colleagues of the Riyadh City Business Unit (RCBU).
