This specialist is required to:
- support the Performance Director in all matters of Quality policy and practice conduct detailed audits
- review existing deliverable plans and quality systems
- implement a best practice quality management and ensure a good level document quality control system using dedicated software.
- He must carry out training followed by occasional visits for audits & ad-hoc training.
The Quality Management Specialist directly reporting to the Performance Director for the Management Contract awarded to Veolia by the National Water Company in Saudi Arabia.
He is responsible for the organisation, animation, compilation, presentation, submission and follow-up of the quality and reporting activities. This includes a high transversal communication skill with all other departments as well as the responsibility of submitting all due reports on time to the client or the Independent Auditor.
He manages a small team of quality managers who collect and process data of the other Departments through a network of quality supervisors to be identified within the RCBU departments in agreement with each Director and head of services.
Tight coordination is also needed with the 2 other managers of the department in the fields of Coordination of the Performance Plan as well as Health & and Safety and Security. His work implies close contact with the client (NWC) and all our colleagues of the Riyadh City Business Unit (RCBU).
