Job Outline:
Generate sales for the Schneider Range of Products, Equipment and Solutions on Projects in the Power Construction market in his region and contribute to the profitable growth of the business.

Duties & responsibilities:
1. Manage the Contractor Channel in his region for accessing the projects in professional manner.
2. Identify and monitor all the related projects and make a close follow-up to maximize realization.
3. Coordinate effectively with Panel builder Engineers and Distributors Engineers and other sales engineers from other business units for speedy submission of Quotations to Contractors.
4. Coordinate with the Prescription Team and get their support to close the loop through the Consultants and Ministries and End Users for the projects.
5. Manage and monitor all the concerned incoming enquiries/tenders effectively and provide the best possible response to customer.
6. Monitor and target competitors’ activity.
7. Prepare and update the customers and projects profiles and recommend sales plan and strategy to management.
8. Organize technical meetings, seminars and provide all available technical support to enhance the Schneider Electric awareness and presence in the market.
9. Develop and maintain business, establish and develop permanent contacts with major and key customers to promote Schneider Electric products and equipment.
10. Develop and maintain relation and lobbying with consultants and engineering offices
11. Identify alliance or partnership opportunities for developing business on long term basis.
12. Issue effective and timely reporting towards management.

1. Internal Co-ordination.
• Panel-builder Support Team, Distributors Support Team
• Marketing Activity Managers for Product and Equipment and MV
• Tendering and Project Managers in EPS
• Sales and Promotion engineers from other Business Units in his region

2. External relationship (With the main actors of the Market)
• Relationships with contractors on the PCO Market.
• Coordination with the partner Sales (OD and Panel builders sales team)
• Capacity to manage and organize seminars and special reception
• Regular follow-up and coordination with key persons of major clients

Quality criteria:
1. Achievement of Sales Target on Volume and Margin.
2. Number of Visits to clients.
3. Follow up of customer satisfaction (Number of customers very satisfied).
4. Internal coordination with all players.
5. New clients added.

Arabic fluent is a must
English fluent
